Who we are
Wieldex Digital Experience Design ("Wieldex," "we," "us") is an eCommerce experience design agency based at Ermou and Lykovryseos 14, Metamorfosi 14452, Greece. This policy applies to wieldex.com and insights.wieldex.com.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us directly:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and any project details you write in the message field, plus whether you'd like an NDA or want to join the newsletter.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Blog account (insights.wieldex.com): if you create a free account to comment, download an article as a PDF, or like a comment, we store your name, email, and the comments/likes tied to that account.
We don't use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking, and we don't run analytics scripts that track individual visitors across the web.
How we use it
Contact form and newsletter submissions are sent to info@wieldex.com so we can reply to your inquiry or, if you asked to subscribe, add you to our mailing list by hand. Blog account information is used to let you comment, like comments, and access member-only features like PDF export.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site:
- EmailJS — delivers contact form and newsletter submissions to our inbox. Your message passes through their service to reach us.
- Clutch — powers the client review widget shown in our footer; this embed is served from Clutch's own domain.
- WordPress — powers insights.wieldex.com and sets standard login/session cookies only if you create an account there.
We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside of the services above.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and newsletter sign-ups for as long as needed to respond to you or run our mailing list, and blog account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete either at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent (such as unsubscribing from the newsletter) at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@wieldex.com.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
